By placing an order with Bearly Cookies LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Order Confirmation
Orders are not confirmed until payment requirements have been met and confirmation has been provided by Bearly Cookies LLC.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders and event orders.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Orders will not be prepared, released, or delivered until the balance has been paid in full.
Order Changes
Any changes to an order, including flavors, quantities, designs, colors, pickup dates, or delivery details, must be requested at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
While Bearly Cookies LLC will make every effort to accommodate requested changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.
Cancellations
Orders canceled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Orders canceled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the agreed-upon pickup window.
Once an order has been picked up, Bearly Cookies LLC is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or changes in product quality due to handling, transportation, storage, or environmental conditions.
Delivery Orders
Customers must provide accurate delivery information at the time of ordering.
Bearly Cookies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
An additional fee may be charged for re-delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Product Care
All baked goods should be stored according to the care instructions provided at pickup or delivery.
Bearly Cookies LLC is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery.

Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify Bearly Cookies LLC within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Any resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund, will be determined at the sole discretion of Bearly Cookies LLC.
Right to Refuse Service
Bearly Cookies LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline requests that cannot be reasonably fulfilled.
